Long Live Your Car

Did you know that Today's cars are designed to exceed well over 200,000 miles?
Unfortunately the average car on the road today only lasts to 128,500 miles...

Why?
According to a Consumer Reports Car Testing Supervisor:

"That's simply low because people don't maintain them."
"If you bought a car today, there shouldn't be any problem with that car going 200,000 miles."

Our cars are taken for granted until they end up breaking down!
On the other hand let's look at what's possible...
Meet Frank Oresnik of Gresham, Wisconsin
Frank with his 1991 Chevy Silverado pickup
Frank drives a 1991 Chevy Silverado pickup named "The Old Girl"
Frank's truck has 1,041,000 miles on it (yes, over a million miles)
The obvious question to Frank is "How did you do it?"
Frank's Response?
"I get the oil and filter changed every 3,000 miles religiously; I figure over 300 so far"
"I also have an Oil System Cleaner done every 9,000 miles. Then on the oil change after that, I add an engine treatment too."
"And I use a pour-in Fuel System Cleaner regularly to keep that system clean too"
Obviously proper maintenance can take your vehicle further than most of us ever dreamt possible
